How Deals Work explains the business stories behind the headlines: takeovers, mergers, and the companies that rose or fell. Each animated episode breaks one big deal down into simple logic: who bought what, why they paid that price, where the money came from, and what happened next. It is made for curious viewers, students, founders and professionals who want to understand how the business world really works.

Every figure on screen is checked against a published source, and each episode page lists those sources. The narration uses an AI voice; the script, research and analysis are Erhan's. The animation is stylised and does not depict real people.

Erhan Civelek

Erhan Civelek is an Istanbul-based M&A strategy consultant. For more than 25 years he has worked on strategy, mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integration across Türkiye, the Gulf and Europe.
